I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the 4H Pepperell Trailblazers its members, volunteers and agents, Thomas and Marge Moran, John Hancock and Skillings and Son (Norman Skillings) , Camp Tevya, Brookline Conservation, and all their employees, volunteers and agents and all abutting or surrounding property owners and their family members from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, costs and expenses to me, my animal and vehicles arising out of or relating to the trail ride.
It is further understood that ALL participants under the age of 18 must wear an ASTM/SEI approved helmet with a secured chin harness at all times when mounted.
